• Eligibility & application requirements

  I confirm that I meet the prerequisites for this programme as a legally authorised mental health professional, a graduate-level trainee in an accredited mental health programme, or a post-graduate engaged in the process of qualifying. I agree to submit a completed application questionnaire, an up-to-date CV, and proof of licensure, authorisation, or enrolment. I understand that additional information (interview, references, or documentation of education and professional experience) may be requested as part of the review.
• Review & conditional acceptance

  I understand my application will be reviewed against prerequisites, educational background, clinical and professional experience, reasons for attending, group dynamic, and enrolment availability. Acceptance is conditional until the application fee, deposit, and a payment plan (or full tuition) have been secured by the published deadline. Submission of an application does not guarantee a seat.
• Non-refundable application fee

  I understand a nominal, non-refundable application fee is assessed on all applications and is required for the application to be formally reviewed.
• Deposit, payment plan & fees

  I agree to submit the minimum tuition deposit and either pay tuition in full or secure an interest-free monthly payment plan no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start of the training. I understand a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee applies to all payment plans, and a fee may be charged for declined or rejected payments. I am solely responsible for ensuring all payments are received on time, and for any bank wire or transaction fees on payments or refunds.
• Discounts

  I understand all discount requests must be made prior to the scheduled start of the training, are not applied retroactively, cannot be combined except where expressly permitted, and do not guarantee acceptance into the programme or reserve a seat. It is my sole responsibility to request any discount.
• Minimum enrolment, postponement & cancellation

  I understand the programme will commence only if the minimum enrolment threshold is met no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start. In the event of postponement or cancellation by Integrative Clinical Practice Asia, I may transfer to an equivalent course or receive a full refund of tuition paid (excluding the non-refundable application fee). I will not make travel or accommodation arrangements until official confirmation of commencement is received, and I understand the practice is not liable for any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses.
• Withdrawal & refund schedule

  Before the training begins: 30+ days prior to the first scheduled date - full refund of tuition paid including the deposit (application fee non-refundable); 29-1 days prior - full refund of tuition paid minus the deposit. Once the training has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, refunds are pro-rated by module attended in line with the published refund schedule, and discounts are not treated as payment toward tuition for refund purposes. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to admin at info@icp-asia.com; registration transfers are not permitted once training is underway, and students may not join cohorts already in progress.
• Attendance & certification

  I commit to attending the minimum required hours, completing asynchronous modules, and submitting assignments necessary for certification. I understand certificates are not awarded where the attendance or assessment threshold is not met, and that asynchronous content forms a core part of the programme regardless of live attendance.
• Professional code of conduct

  I will treat fellow trainees, faculty, and any role-play or case material with respect and confidentiality, anonymising clinical material as required by my professional code, and adhering to the training code of conduct at all times.
• Intellectual property

  I understand all course materials are the intellectual property of Integrative Clinical Practice Asia and may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
• Changes to schedule & faculty

  I understand that course dates, times, locations, and trainer assignments are subject to change. In the event an individual module is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances outside the practice's control (including inclement weather, trainer illness, or travel disruption), the practice is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. I am encouraged to obtain travel insurance or refundable tickets where applicable.
• Data processing & academic records

  I consent to the secure storage of my registration details, financial records, and academic records for the purpose of delivering and certifying this training, in accordance with applicable data-protection law (PDPA / GDPR where relevant).
