Psychotherapy
A confidential, considered space to think about what is most difficult - with a clinician who works integratively across psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural and somatic approaches.
What we work with
- Anxiety, panic and chronic stress
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma or Stressor-related distress
- Relationships and Attachment
- Identity, culture and life transitions
- Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
How we work
Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held online. Work is usually weekly, with frequency reviewed together as therapy progresses.
Our approach is integrative: we draw on the model that fits your difficulty, rather than fitting you to a model. All clinicians are themselves in supervision and continue their own professional development.
Home visits — where clinically indicated
For clients with agoraphobia or OCD, ICPA offers structured home visits — enabling evidence-based interventions such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to be delivered in the environments where they matter most. Home visits are offered selectively following clinical assessment.
